GIGA Rapport annuel 2021 79 LABORATOIRE DE GASTROENTEROLOGIE TRANSLATIONNELLE Une étude réalisée par le laboratoire de Gastroentérologie translationnelle du professeur Edouard Louis visait à identifier des biomarqueurs candidats pour distinguer les tissus dysplasiques des tissus inflammés et normaux du côlon. Dans cette collaboration, le rôle de la plateforme était de réaliser l’analyse protéomique shotgun de petites coupes de tissus collectées par microdissection laser (plateforme GIGA-Imaging). En utilisant une préparation optimisée des échantillons et des méthodes LC-MS/MS développées et standardisées par les équipes de la plateforme GIGA-Proteomics et de MSLab, cette étude a conduit à l’identification d’un candidat biomarqueur spécifique qui a ensuite été validé par immunohistochimie.
