platforms 80 platforms 81 Platform Cyclotron & In vivo Imaging The GIGA CRC Platform is equipped with a cyclotron that has GMP certification. It specializes in R&D in radiochemistry, preclinical imaging (PET and CT), and clinical imaging, including electrophysiology with EEG and TMS, PET, and MRI (3T and 7T). It also offers data analysis facilities. The laboratories are overseen by a Principal Investigator, while logisticians/technologists, nurses, technicians, and secretaries supervise the facilities and equipment. The logisticians also participate in technical developments and scientific applications. In 2023, the platforms welcomed Doctor Mikhail Zubkov a new postdoc physicist for the MRI platform, and Thomas Pontus as technician for the radiochemistry platform. Four portable devices (Sofmit) for collecting human physiological and sleep data have also been included in our equipment. The system is lightweight and easy to use, designed for optimum user comfort, enabling the collection of high-quality signals. Sofmit has been developed by Compumedics.
