Epigenetic and transcriptional deregulation have emerged as critical hallmarks in hematological malignancies, leading to effects such as hyperactivation of signaling pathways and the ectopic expression of specific transcription factors. In response, our work focuses on exploring the impact of key players such as LCK, EZH2 and TLX1 in these malignancies, by using different in vitro and in vivo models to identify potential therapeutic targets.
