Pierre Foidart (CHU - Oncology / GIGA - Cancer Signaling Laboratory)

Clinical and Translational Research

Reprogramming of mRNA translation and phenotypic adaptation in Whole Genome-Doubled TNBC cells.

This project studies the most aggressive forms of breast cancer, to identify new therapeutic targets.

Céline Grégoire (CHU - Hematology / GIGA - Hematology Laboratory)

Clinical and Translational Research

Generating potent CAR T cells with improved memory function to cure multiple myeloma.

This project aims to enhance immunotherapy for multiple myeloma by improving the memory function of CAR T cells.

Alexandra Veloso (GIGA - Hematology Laboratory)

Fundamental Research

Characterization of TLX1 and TLX3 Transcriptional Complexes to Uncover Their Role in Transcriptional Deregulation that drives T-cell Leukemia.

This project aims to study ectopic transcription factors involved in the regulation of genes associated with the development and relapse of T-cell leukemia.

Three projects of excellence, two of them led by CHU doctors: concrete proof of the links between GIGA and CHU and of our commitment to translational research, as close as possible to patients.

Many thanks to the Fondation Contre le Cancer for their support!
