The Genomics platform offers a wide range of services, from simple fragment length analysis over conventional Sanger sequencing, to high throughput sequencing and assembling of complex genomes or transcriptomes.
CELL IMAGING
The Cell Imaging Platform is specialized in advanced light microscopy. It manages a wide range of state-of-the-art cell imaging systems (from conventional to high resolution) and supports their use by offering training and advice to researchers.
FLOW CYTOMETRY
The Flow Cytometry Platform offers a wide range of services, from simple immunostaining analyses to multiple colors ones (on conventional or spectral detection flow cytometers), cell sorting, training and advice to researchers.
