"I will present a unified framework, rooted in information theory and signal processing, to detect directed dynamical interactions in multivariate time series. I will focus on the joint informational content of a group of variables, defining synergetic, redundant, and independent. Hopefully this framework will be inspirational for the study of collective dynamics in neuroimaging data, in particular in the study of consciousness, in line with the theory of integrated information"
